We aim to ship within 1-3 working days after an order has been placed. We will send the notification once your parcel has been dispatched.

FREE Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class or equivalent) will be applied to all orders over £35 within United Kingdom.

Orders posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class (Free Standard UK delivery) can be expected within 2-3 working days from dispatch day.

A delivery upgrade (Express UK delivery) is available with additional fees. Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class (or equivalent) and can be expected within 1-2 working days from dispatch date.

All shipping is calculated on weighted basis as per the Royal Mail pricing template 2020.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy

We always want our customers to be satisfied with their orders when they receive them however, we understand that not everything is the right fit.

If you would like to return your product, please contact us at info@waxflicker.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please be advised that the buyer is responsible for delivery costs for all returned items. The full value of the returned product(s) will be refunded after receiving the parcel (except delivery fees applied during initial purchase as they are non-refundable).

As our product is handmade luxury candles & Reed diffuser,If the item is not returned in its original condition i.e., already used, damaged, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you have received your order and something has been damaged during delivery, please contact us at info@waxflicker.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include your order details along with photographic proof of damage and we will arrange the replacement(s) or refund, depending on your preference.
